    We are currently looking for an Office Coordinator for the Human Resources Department in the Cyber Security area in downtown Montreal.

    • Position: Office Coordinator
    • Workplace : Office
    • Schedule: Monday to Friday
    • Salary: $55,000 / year
    • Start date: As soon as possible

    Responsibilities
    What your day will look like as a Cyber Security Office Coordinator in downtown Montreal:

    • Acting as an office contact:

    - Managing inventory, office supplies and snacks/meals
    - Order additional supplies according to the budget
    - Route calls and emails to the appropriate people
    - Ensure the functioning of all office equipment by scheduling and coordinating repairs
    - Manage various vendors and suppliers, maintain a safe work space

    • Act as a back-up in the absence of the Human Resources Manager:

    - Collaborate with the HR team and assist them with the integration of new employees, employee departures, group insurance and training
    - Assist with job postings, payroll, reports and other documents

    • Act as an event organizer:

    - Organize and coordinate in-office and out-of-office events for international teams
    - Coordinate and arrange travel/meals as needed

    • All other related tasks as required by the team

    Qualifications
    Do you have what it takes for this position of Office Coordinator in the field of Cyber Security in downtown Montreal?

    • Fluently bilingual (French/English, written and spoken)

    • Relevant experience in a similar role

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

    • Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation

    • Strong sense of initiative, autonomy and flexibility
