    Looking for a Office Coordinator position in the Ville Saint-Laurent area? A world wide media company is looking for someone like you to become a part of their team!

    Schedule: (FLEX) 8:00am to 4:00pm, 8:30am to 4:30pm, 9:00am to 5:00pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
    Salary: $50,00 to $60,000
    Vacation: 2 to 3 weeks vacation
    Benefits: As of your first day!
    Hours a week: 37.5 hours

    Responsibilities
    -Greet, and direct visitors - notify colleagues of visitors arrival
    -Organize mail and packages, ensure they're redirected accordingly
    -Ability to handle mail and packages
    -Ability to control inventory on office supplies and stock
    -Organize space for new hires
    -Coordinate dry cleaner services, office cleaners, building managers, repair crews etc.
    -Ensure kitchen, coffee machines and common areas are clean, organized and restocked with supplies/snacks, etc.

    Qualifications
    -Customer Service experience
    -Ability to prioritize and multitask
    -Communication skills
    -Organized and Detail Oriented
    -Ability to work with a team and be able to put your team as priority
    -MS Office skills (Word + Excel)
    -Bilingual (French and English) - oral & written
