Summer (April to November): 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (40 hours per week)
Winter (November to April): 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and every Friday until noon
Benefits after 3 months
5 weeks of vacation (3 weeks at Christmas, 1 week during construction and 1 other week of the employee's choice, respecting internal availability)

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Creation of orders.
Answering phone calls and emails from customers and suppliers, as well as managing approvals from appropriate departments.
Maintaining fleet registrations and vehicle insurance.
Preparing monthly government tax payments or refunds.
Compliance and Contracts: Maintaining project contracts and retrieving any necessary documentation for clients and businesses.
Contact customers and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Perfectly bilingual (French and English).
Good knowledge of MS Office software
Administrative experience and basic accounting knowledge
Experience in a similar position
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Respect of deadlines, multitasking, sense of priorities
