Are you looking for a 2-3 months contract for an Office Coordinator role starting immediately(with a strong potential of extension)? Are you a client oriented individual with excellent customer service skills and loves being the first person to assist the team members and the clients, assisting them with their needs? Do you come from a hospitality background?

If the answer is YES, we have a role for you. Our client who is in the real estate development space is looking for an Office Coordinator to join their team at their Midtown Toronto office who is just as passionate about how are beautiful city will look like in the future!

What YOU will be doing:

• Be the first point of contact for all guests and the team while managing the front desk
• Greeting and directing visitors and stakeholders
• Answering the phone, handling and assisting customer inquiries
• Responsible for scheduling and managing the shared meeting spaces/rooms
• Setting up the meeting rooms to ensure everything is tidy and in order
• Required to be flexible with timings sometimes to support the business needs
• Responsible for maintaining professional looking and hazard free reception area

What YOU bring to the table:

• 1-2 years experience as an office coordinator/receptionist
• 3+ years of hospitality or customer service experience
• Strong working proficiency with computers, especially with MS Office
• Loves to go above and beyond for their customers
• Enjoys creating and implementing innovative ideas/processes
• Excellent communication skills with professionalism
• High attention to detail
• Warm courteous and friendly demeanor
• Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task and work in an environment of constant interruptions
