Responsibilities
•Act as the first point of contact for all clients, guests, and company employees.
• Responsible for Closing the Office daily
• Receive and Direct incoming calls
• Schedule and Coordinate meetings and conference calls using various platforms.
• Receive and send packages and mail.
• Manage contacts and update incorrect billing information.
• Update and order employee business cards.
• Manage the general maintenance of office equipment and the office's common areas.
• Manage the executive's calendars.
• Update internal documents as required.
• Manage the coordination of kitchen supplies and grocery ordering.
• Make travel arrangements for employees.
•Coordination of team lunches and learns
Qualifications
•1-3 years of Administrative or Reception experience or recent completion of a diploma or post-secondary
education.
• Vibrant and professional demeanor.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Clear and professional communication skills, written and verbal.
• Eager to learn and grow within the company.
• Proficiency with MS Office – Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving ability.
• Able to work independently, organize, and prioritize work as needed.
• Experience working with G-Suite Software (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.).
• Excellent time management skills are required.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks without frequent direction.
