Responsibilities
-Manages incoming calls. Communicate and facilitate the transition to direct lines.
-Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
-Open and distribute incoming courier packages.
-Arrange lunch and refreshments for executive meetings as requested.
-Manage the entire set of office keys and key log including approval for master keys.
-Book hotel rooms via an online portal
Qualifications
-Min 1-3 years of office work experience
-Proficiency working with Excel and MS Word
-Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
-Demonstrate versatility and resourcefulness in overcoming business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-University or College education- Business or Admin or a related field
