Our client, an expert in the marketing and export of frozen seafood products, is looking to hire an Office logistic coordinator for their downtown Montreal office.

Responsibilities
Handle the distribution and logistics for all our shipments;
Follow sales to customers in Canada, US and internationally;
Know and understand the products, where they are sold, and all documentation needed to get the product to the customer;
Service small and large accounts;
Working in Sage 300 to make sure all purchases and sales are verified, entered, invoiced, maintain inventory and generated reports;
Be able to work within the team and prioritize as to the daily schedule changes;
Greeting visitors and answering phones;
Participate in the administration of external audit preparation of CFIA, MSC and others;
Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed by the business;
Qualifications
Role Skills
Knowledge of Incoterms, HS code system, CFIA /FDA / EU food regulations;
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and other MS office suites;
Organized, flexible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Being able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Detail oriented and able to report results in a concise format;
Role requirement
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role of a food manufacturing company;
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification;
Advance level French and English;
Working knowledge of Sage 300 (an asset);
Experience working with US clientele (an asset.);
