Responsibilities
-Responsible for the office`s daily operations.
-Responsible for managing the office clerks/receptionists, providing them support, mentorship, tasks and feedback.
-Ability to, when overwhelmed, be calm and supportive to the employees.
-Making day-to-day decisions on office supply needs, reports, and budget control.
-Managing all the invoicing regarding office services, such as catering, services, renovations, and events, keeping track and recording everything.
-Health and safety: participating on the health and safety committee, ensuring the firm is in compliance with all regulations.
Qualifications
-College/University degree or equivalent
-Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a managerial role, in an office setting
-Minimum of 10 years of working experience altogether
-Proficiency with MS Office Suite like Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a high level of urgency
-Represent a professional and engaging demeanour when conducting business and communication
-Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively to third-party vendors and stakeholders
