Dealership Office Manager in Brampton!

Do you want to work for one of Canadia's leading dealership? Do you have 3-5+ years of experience working in a dealership? Do you have experience with data entry for payroll and posting of car deal? Then we have a great PERMANENT opportunity for you!

We are looking for an Office Manager for a permanent position in Brampton. The ideal candidate will have past experience in a dealership office, working with email and phone calls, and also be a team player. The successful candidate will join a fun, energetic team that works hard and plays hard.

Job Duties:

-Managing a small office team
-Daily posting of new car deals
-New employee sign up
-Administration for benefits
-Prepare monthly commission and bonus checks
-Primary point of contact for computer issues
-Monthly account reconciliations
-Other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications
-Must have experience working in a Dealership office
-Must have experience posting car deals (new, used, wholesale, and fleet)
-Must have general accounting experience in a dealership
-Must have dealership software experience
-Experience with Ignite and ADP is a strong asset
