An Industrial Tire company located in Lasalle is looking for an Office Manager to join their office.

The proposed salary $50,000 per year, Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, full-time position, 2 weeks vacation, and full benefits after 3 months.

As an Office Manager you will take on tasks but be limited to:
- Answer the phone and transfer to corresponding person
- Call carriers for pickups / manage incoming mail
- Welcome visitors
- Manage Accounts Payable/Receivables
- Enter invoices
- Issue checks
- Manager account statements
- Enter payments
- Make deposits
- Conduct Tire invoicing and service calls
- Enter work orders
- Order office supplies
- Manage full Payroll cycle and all related reports

Qualifications
- Qualifications
- Bilingualism (French-English)
- Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word and Excel)
- Between 2 and 3 years of minimum experience in a similar role

- Dynamic, go getter attitude
