    We are currently looking for an office coordinator for a foreign financial institution in downtown Montreal!

    • A permanent, full-time position
    • Workplace: Office - Home (Hybrid)
    • Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours / week

    Responsibilities
    What your day will look like as a finance office manager in downtown Montreal.

    • Ensure the operation and organization of the premises (furniture, office supplies, equipment, etc.)
    • Supervise the maintenance and construction of offices if necessary
    • Maintain a good relationship with the owners and follow up on rental contracts
    • Oversee all branch projects and manage special projects
    • Participate in the preparation of the annual budget for office investments/expenses
    • Ensure the security of the premises and manage access cards
    • All other related administrative tasks

    Qualifications
    Do you have what it takes for this office manager position in the field of finance in downtown Montreal?

    • Perfectly bilingual (English/French, written and spoken)
    • Experience as an office coordinator or in the hospitality industry
    • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite
    • Proactive, autonomy, leadership, resourcefulness and sense of initiative developed
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
