We are looking for an Office Manager for our client with a global presence. A keen, flexible individual with strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills and “Can Do” attitude.

The Office Manager will work closely with various teams and travel across different offices in GTA, managing day to day functions and smooth sailing of operations pertaining to service delivery, facilities management, and client satisfaction. This is a permanent role, paying $55,000- $60,000/year+ potential quarterly bonuses along with benefits and paid vacation.

What YOU will be doing as the Office Manager:
• Ensure service levels and timelines are aligned with client requirements
• Maintain open communication with the client to understand their business, culture, requirements and ensure satisfaction
• Monitors service delivery performance. Drive KPI, SLA Metrics and Scorecards. Identifies gaps, develop and execute corrective action plans to ensure all objectives are met.
• Identify opportunities for improving the quality of services delivered, gathering feedback and monitoring satisfaction
• Ensure smooth operations of office services (mail room, concierge, reception, production print)
• Provide effective leadership and manage multiple and diverse services
• Guide site managers and staff on operations, quality, and customer care
• Oversee financial budgets, invoicing, cost-saving initiatives resulting in the achievement of financial goals and targets

What YOU bring to the table:
• 5 years of relevant work experience (Mailroom, Shipping and Receiving, Concierge, Porter, Reception and Production Print )
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft suite
• Excellent leadership skills with knowledge of management practices
• Time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Proven experience in managing budgets and achieving financial target
• Valid license and reliable transportation
