Are you a recent graduate looking to build on your administrative experience? Do you enjoy being on
the go and handling many different responsibilities in a professional setting? Do you want to work in an
amazing Global company in the heart of Downtown Toronto? If so, we have the role for you! We're
looking for a keen, flexible individual with strong internal customer service skills at the Downtown
Toronto location. This is a 1-month contract for the position of an Office Service Clerk, paying $16 -
18/hour, working 9 am to 5 pm from Monday through Friday, ideally extending and turning into a
permanent role, based on the incumbent's performance and the company's business needs.
You will be responsible for providing help and resolve any issue that your fellow colleagues come across!
Administrative or technical based. (You will be trained properly in order to problem solve efficiently).

What YOU will be doing as the Office Services Clerk:

• Delivering office mail to staff members to their desks/offices
• Ensuring kitchen supplies are in stock along with office supplies (checking inventory of products
and also ordering them)
• Maintaining and keeping tidy kitchen, meeting rooms and common areas reception
• Assisting with catering, ordering meals for meetings and setting up lunches.
• Reception relief (covering off reception where you will be required to answer calls, emails and
assist those who come into the office in a friendly demeanor)
• Run errands as needed
• Assist with organizing moves and setup workstations
• Contact external services as required for repairs and replacements i.e. light bulb replacement,
cleaning needs, etc.
• Setting up a projector, TV and video conferencing systems in for meetings and events
• Trouble shooting simplistic issues with computer and phone

What YOU bring to the table:

• 1 year of exceptional administrative or office service experience
• Excellent customer service oriented personality
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Knowledge of Office equipment, AV equipment is an asset
• Time management and Organizational Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, Flexible and Discreet
• Able to perform light lifting
