Responsibilities
• Daily & Weekly record keeping of progress reports and time sheets
• Site Documentation
• Submit weekly paperwork to head office - Project Filing
• Assist with purchasing, and material procurement
• Receive materials, materials management
• Monitor site progress including progress photos and report to Superintendent
• Shop drawing review
• Communicate with subcontractors and coordinate activities
• Attend meetings and record minutes
• Ensure workers are working in a safe manner consistent with the Occupational Health & Safety Act
Qualifications
• 2+ years experience in the Construction Industry
• Ideal candidates will have a mechanical or industrial project background
• First Aid, WHMIS, Confined Space certification
• Minimum Class G valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
• Knowledge of tank structures and reservoirs a bonus
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
