Responsibilities
Coordination of end to end campaigns
Building relationships with partners and stakeholders
50-70% is managing email marketing management
20% project management skills
Maximize the return on investment in Online Marketing & Sales at client, by effectively project managing website development and maintenance projects, including stakeholder/legal approval and translation
Participate in integrated marketing campaigns to assist in execution of online marketing objectives, including regular stakeholder meetings and vendor relations
Implement Search Engine Optimization to drive revenue by increasing the number of qualified visitors to client web sites and develop new revenue tracking and reporting capabilities for the web site
Manage select website development projects, align with stakeholder and business objectives, minimizing time to market
Manage maintenance process to ensure all requests are responded to in a timely manner
Ensure all new web initiatives adhere to client Brand and Unified Online Standards (UOS), as determined by Online Marketing team
Implement Search Engine Optimization best practices
Generate website traffic reports for key stakeholders
Ensure proper version control of website files is maintained
Assist Online Marketing Managers by recommending best practices around information architecture and developing mock-ups/prototypes
Ensure overall project tasks and deliverables are met within provided time frames
Ensure all pages are accurate, function properly and comply with all client regulatory standards and UOS requirements
Provide consulting advice on website best practices as required
Manage vendor relationships to ensure that work is done in a timely and cost efficient manner
Ensure that project deliverables are of a high quality and any development adheres to the standards of client
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree (Communications, Public Relations, Advertising or related field is preferred)
10+ years experience developing and executing social media or digital programs
10+ years experience designing and executing integrated social media programs across all leading platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Social media advertising
Experience in online marketing or related marketing
Proven project management skills
Corporate web design skills
Experience in Search Engine Optimization & Search Engine Marketing techniques
Outside vendor management experience
3+ email marketing experience, prefer financial or retail experience
2 years using Salesforce
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
Knowledge of email privacy laws (CASL and CAN SPAM)
Open to agency experience
Nice to Haves:
Design applications experience Adobe Design Suite: Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop
Web development skills including: HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, PERL, CGI and ASP
Web analytics, SQL, Database Management; as well as experience with web standards and guidelines
Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, video production, SEM/SEO and agency management
