Responsibilities
The Onsite Recruitment Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Screening, interviewing, assessing, and selecting suitable candidates for targeted positions
Onboarding/Orientation of new hires and ensuring administrative compliance (H&S training, reference checks, etc.)
Actively processing payroll and troubleshooting related issues
Establishing and maintaining a proactive talent pool
Engaging in daily interactions with candidates, Randstad employees and client managers
Providing orientation and facility tours to new hires
Maintaining healthy relationship with the Client and talents alike
Qualifications
To qualify for the Onsite Recruitment Manager position, you must possess the following:
Legal status to work in Canada
Post Secondary studies in Human Resource Management, Business or related field
Intermediate level use of the Microsoft Office suite (Navigating multiple excel sheets and formulas)
At least 6 months experience working in Blue Collar recruitment
Access to a reliable motor vehicle
Comfortable working onsite in Guelph
