We are looking for an Operations Administrative Clerk to join our client, one of Canada's most recognizable retail business groups, in their Brampton location. If you are looking to join a reputable company that offers new challenges, apply now!

As an Operations Administrative Clerk , you will be responsible for:
- Data entry, tracking, and checking accuracy on Excel
- Creating purchase orders
- Sending purchase orders to vendors
- Tracking delivery
- Receiving orders, reporting and tracking sales by store against product requests
- Communicating effectively with stores, vendors, assistant planners, and planners
- Other duties as requested

- Location: Brampton
- Professional work environment
- 6 month contract
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week
- Start date: July 8th, 2019
- $15.50/hr

- Completed Secondary Education
- Strong MS Office skills, advanced skills in MS Excel (e.g. pivot tables)
- 1-2 years data entry experience in an administrator role
- Able to adapt and adjust to change and quick learner with technology aptitude
- Ability to work in a complex and changing environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience in cosmetics preferred (admin role)
