Our client is looking for an Operations Assistant for a 6 month contract in Vancouver. This is onsite role.
Pay rate: $30.65/ Hour
Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Responsibilities
As an Operations Assistant, your duties will include but not limited to:
•Performing administrative tasks to support the Account Servicing and Legal Orders teams
•Processing financial payments accurately, preparing and courier and/or mailing to external parties.
•Printing, mailing, and/or filing completed legal orders files.
•Checking, printing, mailing /courier requests received from Bank’s Contact Centre;
•Opening incoming mail and scanning to team members or others as directed.
•Opening return mail and sort/unsort for scanning
Qualifications
•1-2 years’ previous office skills/banking experience
•Organizational Skills
•Experience working in an office environment & fluent English writing/speaking.
•Strong computer literacy (Word/Excel), excellent command of the English language in writing & speaking.
•High school and/or Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
NICE TO HAVE
•Previous Banking Experience
•Excellent MS Office skills
•French language literacy
