Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Facilitate vendor and internal stakeholder meetings, ensuring that we’re proactive in determining license requirements and communicating making changes to ensure our spend is optimized.
- Maintain records of software, service agreements, warranties.
- Work closely with internal Project Mangers to ensure technology delivery that holds operational costs is accounted for.
- Define enduring processes that allow for efficient management of contracts, licenses, and operational budgets
- Be hands on in ensuring solutions are operationally ready and collaborate with partners and stake holders in managing costs, licenses and contracts.
- Partner with Accounts Payable and external vendors to ensure invoices are properly routed for centralized coding purposes.
- Partner with Project Manages to forecast and create monthly, quarterly, or yearly purchase requisitions and purchase orders on behalf of project managers and technology leadership.
- Works with multiple vendors to troubleshoot and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Creates purchase requisitions and purchase orders on behalf of project managers and technology leadership.

- Experience working in a financial or accounting capacity
- Demonstrated financial acumen, analytical and data processing skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and objectively solve problems
