Contract to hire permanent

Responsibilities
Operations Support Duties:
• Acquire rates from overseas office for quotes
• Prepare quotes for clients for import
• Liaise with overseas departure and destination offices to move goods
• Handle disputes for payment: Airline Terminal bills, Storage bills and Trucking Transport bills
• Invoice customer shipments
• Open, process and close import files when required
• Other duties as required by the business.
OS&D clerk duties:
• Data entry of overages, shortages and damages
• Review of documents regarding orders and ensuring accuracy, documenting any problems
• Verifying all orders
• Produce and report different types of documents and reports
• Administrative support when required
Qualifications
Completion of secondary school.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Attention to detail required.
Fluency in both official languages, French and English
Clerical experience preferred
Working Conditions:
Works within the Terminal office and dock area.
