Responsibilities
• Liaison between Office, Sales, and Warehouse to maintain good communication and relations
• Order Entry and Adjustments
• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries
• Process and provide necessary paperwork for shipments and sending document to clients regarding their orders
• Tagging, hanging and labelling garments
• Resolve any discrepancies between paperwork and inventory received
• Assist employees with troubleshooting WMS
• Ensuring pallets are ready for shipping once completed in specific way per retailer
• Assist in evaluating best work practices and plan process improvements
• Learn and master Warehouse Management System (WMS) and contribute positively to its continual development
• Schedule and organize workload
• Assist and support inventory control
• Plan daily picking/work assignments and assign work to team members within WMS according to priority
• Identify potential inventory shortages and communicate with relevant department
Qualifications
- Must be able to give direction to a team and explain what is needed in priority
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong team work ethic
- Comfortable and experience using computers
- Must be comfortable in a warehouse environment and the ability to lift 30 lbs if needed
- Retail experience is a bonus for understanding these types of orders
- Positive, “can-do” attitudes
- Personable and customer service skills
- Bilingualism (French & English) is necessary
