Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location: Etobicoke
Shift: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m.

Shipper must be able to operate efficiently in a fast-past environment and assist with changing demands of the job.

Work Duties:
- Assign and dispatch orders/daily workload to up to DC employees
- Use of internet and Operating System software
- Complete all shipping & customs documents for TL, LTL, Courier Customer Pickups Ensure on-time shipping
- Operate within a fast-paced environment that requires constant adjustment of priorities
- Customer interaction to arrange deliveries and provide customer service
- Work with customer service teams to resolve related issues and ensure needs are met
- Look at Pick-Lists and visualize end results
- Load and offload flatbed trailers and/or dry vans

Clerical Duties ( 25%) :
- Using forklift (Training will be provided)
- Working outdoors

- Previous work-related experience in distribution, logistics, and/or customer service
- Computer aptitude (using the internet, and working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience filling out shipping paperwork (Bills of Lading)- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Well organized and takes initiative
- Strong ability to communicate and resolve conflict with diverse groups of individuals
*Forklift license IS NOT required but would be seen as an asset*
