Responsibilities
As an Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Providing operational support to the innovation team to ensure smooth functioning
• Assisting the team with functional duties like ordering samples for the testing and innovation, recruiting any subjects for sample testing and compensating the samplers for testing the product.
• Uphold confidentiality of the data driven from the subject, discoveries and research to ensure proper documentation is signed
• Provide project management responsibilities to the team
• Handle any documentation and electronic files updates for everyday tasks and responsibilities
• Adhere to company standards and policies
• Provide miscellaneous administrative support when needed
Qualifications
As an Operations Coordinator, you must have:
• 1+ years of experience in operations/project management/administrative field
• Experience with inventory management is an asset
• Proficiency in Smartsheets, Excel is mandatory
• You have experience working throughout the research process, from scoping research to analyzing data, and finally to defining outcomes and next steps
• Strong analytical skills – you’re able to sift through data, identify key information, and synthesize into themes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple complex projects/tasks with sensitive deadlines
• Strong communication skills with a personality that is sociable and personable
