Responsibilities
-Respond to incoming calls or emails and provide required information.
-Driver Dispatch 10-15 Linehaul Drivers / 30 City Drivers
-Entering pickups and tracing customer shipments
-OS&D Issues

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience within the transportation industry required
- Experience using Truckmate is considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Able to multi task in a busy environment, excellent communication and organizational skills
- General experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual French / English
