    Advantages
    Permanent full time position Monday-Friday
    45 hour work week
    Night shift starting at 9pm to 6am
    Salary ranges from 75-85k depending on experience
    Insurances paid 100% by employer
    2 weeks vacation (possibility of more)
    5 sick days
    5 personal days

    Responsibilities
    - Oversees the general operations of a company
    - Analyze budgets to minimize costs
    - Responsible to monitor and supervise all operational staff (evening operations team and dispatch)
    - Managing the movement of freight and overseeing the terminal operations during evening shift
    - Move and monitor freight according to delivery schedules and appointment times
    - Assist in dispatching when required
    - Cleaning up the end of days work and preparing for next days work load
    - Dock loading (LTL and FTL)
    - Plan proactively staffing needs and lead the fulfillment team’s recruitment process


    Qualifications
    - Three (3) years of experience as an Operations Manager and must have in-depth knowledge of dispatch system, routing and dock procedures.
    - Experience in team management and coaching skills.
    - Knowledge of LTL and FTL
    - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
    - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & French
