We are working with one of our partners in Milton to find a dynamic Operations Manager for their team.
The Operations Manager is the face of manufacturing and will be responsible for managing all of the manufacturing functions at the Milton facility.
This includes quality, budgets, and meeting production goals to ensure a positive experience for the team and customers alike.
This role will offer the chance to make your mark and use your personality, experience in Industrial manufacturing, and financial acumen to drive continued success for the team.

Responsibilities
What would you be doing?
- Helping to create and implement plans to maintain efficiency and meet production deadlines
- Overseeing the entire manufacturing process, from the procurement of raw materials through to customer delivery
- Maintaining the financial success of all manufacturing operations
- Building relationships to maintain and grow the customer base
- Work with internal teams to ensure that all product is of the highest quality
Qualifications
What do you bring to the role?
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of successful experience in a management role
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
- The ability to build and develop strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders
- Strong financial experience, including managing budgets and cost control
