Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will oversee all operational aspects of all the local facility including Maintenance, Production and Production Planning.

Responsibilities
- Manage and co-ordinate all operational activities at local facility
- Develop and implement recommendations and initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
- Contribute to the development of short and long-term operational plans to support business growth.
- Oversee facility operations, including maintenance, production and production planning.
- Initiate, implement and monitor continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure they meet their targets and hold them accountable for team
performance.
- Develop and maintain operational reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators and identify areas
for improvement.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and supplies to support smooth operations.
- Oversee adherence to the Health and Safety policies/procedures in the manufacturing operations.
Addition:
- Exposure to dirt and noise in a manufacturing environment
- Clean bright office
Qualifications
- Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Education in related field, Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 10 - 15 years related experience in a manufacturing setting, Defense (preferred), Aerospace/Automotive
