Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a an Operations Officer for a 12 month contract in Montréal. This is hybrid role - onsite 2-3 days per week. There is possibility of contract extension and conversion depending on availability.
Pay rate: $25.00/hr
Working hours: Monday-Friday, between 7:00am-5pm (Will be working 30 hours, part-time)

Responsibilities
As an Operations Officer, your duties will include but not limited to:
• Different stations pertaining to funding deals, officer takes part of that and ensures communications with partners.
• Provide a broad range of operational support and performs general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities for own Operations and Business Services function.
• May contribute to analysis/reporting on critical projects or special initiatives that strengthen our operating model/processes and elevate service quality.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
• 2+ years of admin experience
• MS Office
• Attention to detail
• Eager to learn
• Comfortable with pressure
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and handle high volumes of work
• Comfortable supporting different stations at the same time – multi-tasking and fast paced environment
