Do you have previous call centre or banking experience? Are you passionate about client service? Looking to gain experience within a banking environment and you have excellent MS Office skills? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for an Operations Officer for a 6 month contract in Downtown Toronto! This role has the possibility to be extended or converted into a permanent based on performance!

Pay: $18.00/hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30a.m. to 5.00p.m. or 9.00a.m. to 5.30p.m. rotational (37.5)

As an Operations Officer your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Making outbound calls to financial institutions (call centre environment)
- Follow up with client transfers from other financial institutions
- Updating the internal systems
- Perform data entry

Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for when candidates are entering tickets and carrying out data entry duties.
- Microsoft Excel skills – intermediate
- Attention to detail

NICE TO HAVE:

Call center experience
- Previous TD wealth experience
- Previous experience with ISM, EIS, Ticketing
- Banking experience
- Ability to speak French
