In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities associated with leading the team of pharmacy technicians and assistants under your supervision (under 10 people), you will also have some responsibilities related to administrative and training oversight of the team members and accountability towards the achievement of timely delivery and efficient team operations. You will be trained on company-specific processes and will be responsible for ensuring that the utmost care is taken in the storage, dispensing, and delivery of prescriptions to patients. Most patient interaction at this pharmacy is handled by the pharmacy assistants, but other team members will be expected to help support in this regard when necessary.
