-directly support Operations Manager
-keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs)
-training and supervising employees

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience within the transportation industry
- Ability to guide, lead and support a team
- Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Positive team spirits
