    Read and understand work orders
    Identified and prepared production-related materials (master rolls)
    Install the rollers
    Thread the paper
    Make mechanical adjustments to the machine
    Adjust knives and counter knives
    Adjust the alignment guide
    Inspect the product according to different parameters such as width, thickness and general appearance
    Complete production reports
    All other related tasks

    Qualifications
    Here is what it takes to be an operator in this Granby company:

    Have at least 3 years of experience as an operator
    Ability to read, write and count
    Be a diligent and punctual person
    Have good physical capacity
    Have a good ability to work in a team
