-Review the operational roles of the Financial Planning team and develop relevant job aids including but not limited to standard operating procedures and

-Review the system administration roles of the BSS team and developing necessary system administration documentation, including but not limited to
standard operating procedures and system process diagrams
-Training of BSS Team and Financial Planning team on defect fixes, operational procedures, and system administration procedures
-Supporting full-cycle operational activities as the BSS Team and Financial Planning team learn their respective roles in administering the system, such as
preparation for annual budgeting activities, processing of budget amendments, and running various integrations between Oracle ERP
-Develop reports on an as-needed basis

Qualifications
1) Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management – Planning module -- Oracle Planning 2022 Implementation Professional certification, plus minimum 4 year’s experience working with the Oracle Planning module in either implementation or administrative roles. Other combinations of experience and training may be considered.
2) Oracle ERP Knowledge - Have experience, minimum 1 year, extracting and integrating data between Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM
3) Technical Writing Skills - Have experience, minimum 3 projects, documenting system configurations and administrative procedures
4) Defect Management- Have experience logging, responding, resolving, and communications of tickets within software development or product quality management applications.
