Responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities - help the Inside sales team
- Provide quotes via an IBM software
- Respond to emails and calls
- Place orders for customers
- Enter Warehouse space to pick orders/manage shipping and receiving packages
- Monitor and service the counter desk for walk in customers

Qualifications
- Min 2 years of experience within Customer Service and/or Sales
- Experience within the electrical and/or distribution industry is an asset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask
