Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday---- 5:00am - 1:00pm & 8:00am - 4:00pm, the shifts will be mixed throughout the week with some shifts starting at 5:00am and some shifts starting at 8:00am
The pay rate is $20.00

Responsibilities
- Process orders from various customers accurately and efficiently and enter onto internal inventory system
- Verify items are correctly scanned and decremented on inventory system by warehouse personnel
- Monitor movement of inventory and ensure FIFO is followed
- Prepare and communicate shortages and adjustments to various internal and external parties
- Respond to product issues and make the necessary corrections in the system
- Prepare picking and loading paperwork
- Prepare and send appointment requests to receiving warehouses
- Investigate and resolve product discrepancies
- Coordinate necessary logistical changes as needed with pertaining parties
- Finalize paperwork and distribute to partner transportation company
- Prepare and verify final reports throughout the day for internal and external audiences
- All relevant tasks falling under the scope of Administrative Support shall be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar or administrative role
- Previous experience in providing excellent customer service
- Post-secondary degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate-to-advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to type a minimum of 45 wpm at any given time
