Do you have experience in logistics? Are you familiar with SAP? Are you looking for a long term contract in the Durham Region? This could be the contract position for you!

Our client in Ajax is seeking a customer focused order entry representative to join their team on an 18 month maternity leave contract.

Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, this position's responsibilities include:
- processing orders through email, phone, and fax
- audit product and pricing info
- handle logistics documentation as required both Canadian and US
- monitor shipment timelines and give updates to customers
- manage ordering patterns and volumes

This is a multifaceted role that requires multitasking and effectively prioritizing. Working in a business to business environment, this role requires a high degree of customer service and a dedication to providing an amazing customer experience. A proficiency in SAP is required to be successful in this role. Using your previous Order Desk experience, you will handle the daily order management and shipment documentation required in a manufacturing company. French English bilingualism will be considered an asset as there is much communication with clients in Quebec and the Maritimes.
