Our client, located in Hamilton near Barton and Grays Rd is looking for an exceptional order entry administrator to join their team. This a contract to hire opportunity starting ASAP!

Requirements
• Receive orders from nurses and input them into an internal system and Excel
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completion, following up with the internal team and assisting where necessary
• Assist the customer service reps by calling medical and IV supply clients
• Engage in all aspects of the business (cross-training)
• Answer incoming calls

We are looking for someone that is outgoing, positive, resourceful (will seek out answers to questions) and looking for advancement.

Qualifications
• 1-3 years of order entry experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Knowledge or schooling in the medical field is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent and clear communication in English (written and verbal)
• Must be Excel Savvy with strong typing skills (50+ words per minute) and Microsoft Word
• Willingness to help in all aspects of the business
