Are you a friendly Customer Service Representative skilled in data entry and order management? Would
you like to work in Mississauga?

If the answer to any of the above is YES, we have the position for you!

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative interested working in automotive industry, located in Mississauga. As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure customer orders are processed and filled with a high degree of accuracy. Handling a high volume of orders each day, the Customer Service Representative ensures customer requests are met in a timely and efficient manner, supporting the company’s reputation for excellent customer service. This is a temporary position with chances of becoming a permanent role. We are looking for an individual in the Mississauga area with

Availability to start at the end of September.

What YOU will be doing as a Customer Service Representative:

-Managing and processing customer orders from a variety of sources, including fax, email and online
-Creating order production copies using ERP software
-Ensuring accuracy of order using rigorous attention to detail
-Resolve order issues efficiently
-Record and file production documents using both paper and electronic filing systems
-Answering customer phone calls
-Addressing customer questions and concerns
