A packaging company located in Ville Saint Laurent is looking for an Order Management Clerk to join their office. The company in question is a family oriented atmosphere, with a great company culture.

As an Order Management Clerk you will take on tasks such as:
- Manage incoming calls an emails
- Enter and manage order from clients by phone and email
- Offer customer satisfaction to clients by manage their order properly and accurately
- Manage and offer customer service to internal, and external clients
- Along with other clerical tasks

The proposed salary is between $40,000 to $42,000 per year, Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, 2 weeks of annual vacation, and benefits after 6 months.

Qualifications
- Bilingual - French and English (oral / written)
- Relevant experience in a similar field (Order Management experience)
