We are currently looking for an experienced order preparation supervisor for a company specializing in the final packaging of products in packages or demonstration sets. Priority; Quality of execution and impeccable finished product.

Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be:
- Work in collaboration with the Director of Operations to optimize all processes related to his workload.
- Work in collaboration with the Director of Operations to carry out any client project and any internal project.
Participates daily and proactively in production planning and order preparation meetings.
- Carry out active supervision rounds according to company expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers in order to answer questions and solve problems quickly.
- Regularly report on the effectiveness of order picking activities and employee performance while continually working to maximize task and process efficiency.
- Management of cyclical inventories in the order preparation area.
- Communicate expectations, support and integrate employees.
- Manage a team of 25 to 30 people: discipline, absenteeism, productivity, etc.
- Identify resources with the potential to take on more responsibility and who can access another position.
- Determine the need for human resources and assign the workload by priority.
- Maintain an activity register and document the necessary information: productivity table and all documentation related to the quality system.
- Raises the problems and/or anomalies of execution of orders and participates in the resolution.
- Performs analyzes on the activities of his department and proposes alternatives.
Qualifications
You hold the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- Good command of spoken and written French and English
- Comfortable with inventory management programs
- Knowledge of E-Comm
- Relevant Pick & Pack experience
- At ease in high volume environments
