Randstad would like to welcome a VP, Business Development Integrated Talent Solutions  to the team in the GTA!  This is a unique opportunity for those candidates who excel as Sr. Business Development Professionals to jump to the next level challenge. Please note that this is an individual contributor role in a new division of our Sourceright Division. What you get to do: You will drive business development with the goal of consistent, high-level achievement in building strong relationships with your network Successfully prospect and generate revenue from specified target medium sized businesses at the highest level Build, maintain and grow strategic partnerships with clients through a comprehensive understanding of the client business and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and account performance Responsible for attaining overall revenue goals, acquiring new iMSP  accounts, developing high-level business contacts and relationships, achieving margin and profitability goals Develop a recruitment strategy for prospective clients with an emphasis on developing an integrated approach to recruitment What you bring to the table:  Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 8 years equivalent work experience  You have a minimum of 7 years of staffing industry experience Your superior knowledge of current trends and best practices in recruiting and client business Proven consultative approach to sales and service delivery Exceptional communicator, influencer, and negotiator, able to build and maintain effective partnerships internally and externally with all stakeholders, including senior leaders Financial acumen. Strong capability in understanding key financial concepts, P&L, capital expenditures, and operating expenses processes.
