As a Resume and Proposal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and submission of candidate resumes, skills matrices, and proposals. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to produce high-quality documents. You will report to the manager, public sector, and operations department and work closely with the recruiters and sales team across the company.
Responsibilities:
... - Review client requirements and match them to candidate CVs, identifying and highlighting relevant skills and experiences.
- Create and maintain detailed skills matrices aligning candidate qualifications with job requirements.
- Apply company standards to all resumes, ensuring uniformity and professional appearance of documents.
- Optimize resume content to emphasize key qualifications and experiences.
- Adapt resumes and skills matrices to client-specific formats, ensuring consistency in presentation across all submissions.
- Conduct thorough grammar, content, and compliance reviews of resumes and proposals.
- Maintain a central repository for resume templates, graphics, and other reusable content.
- Coordinate with team members to gather required materials within established timelines.
- Track submission deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all documents.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on resume and proposal content.
- Handle essential data entry tasks and support ad-hoc contract management requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of resume and proposal submissions and revisions.
- Organize and maintain a structured file system for easy access and retrieval of documents.
- Adhere to ISO processes and existing terms and conditions in all documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 2-5 years (Junior) 5-10 years (Senior) of experience in proposal coordination or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with proposal development processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with grace under pressure
- Possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

The pay rate for this role is $55,000-$60,000 / year.
