As a Sales Consultant, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop your customer database by establishing relationships with new customers;
- Soliciting prospects and clients on a regular basis, as well as organizing networking visits in a specific local territory;
- Respond to clients' recruitment needs;
- Conduct and manage the full recruitment cycle;
- Identify and attract the best talent in the industry;
- Conduct interviews for all levels of positions;
Not only are you known for your strong sales and customer service experience, you also have:
- Over a year of business development experience;
- Able to build strong business relationships;
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hyper dynamic environment;
- Experience or strong interest in the recruitment world;
- Enjoys challenges, meeting and exceeding goals;
- A good team player with strong communication skills;
- Skilled with technology and social networks (an asset);
