Outside Sales Rep - HVAC & Plumbing
Sudbury

Our client, a large national distributor of plumbing, HVAC, fittings and pipes is currently looking for an Outside Sales Rep to lead business development throughout Sudbury. We are seeking an inspiring and energetic individual who is capable of providing the highest level of service and value to their clients.

What you’ll be doing:
• Managing a territory and traveling to various client sites to maintain and enhance long-term client relationships
• Proactively participate in the up-selling and raising awareness of products and services
• Actively follow-up on sales leads from the sales support teams
• Hold direct accountability for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, through optimization of retention results and develop business relations with targeted customers
• Solve any problems experienced by these customers; offer alternative solutions
• Make safety a priority by complying with health and safety standards

Advantages
• Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 plus commissions

Qualifications
• At least 5 years of sales experience, specifically selling Industrial and/or HVAC and plumbing products
• Strong work ethic with a positive and coachable attitude
• Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred
• A self-starter who is results driven, competitive, professional and a team player.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency with MS Office and other related programs.
• Solid track record of sales results.
