They are currently looking for an Outside Sales Rep to cover Southwestern Ontario (Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph, Waterloo).

Responsibilities
• Building relationships with key points of contact
• Prospecting new clients and presenting the solutions and products
• Conduct competitive market research and analysis to identify opportunities for increasing sales
• Provide new leads and create new opportunities
• Work with both internal and external professionals in the creative development of marketing communications and sales promotion programs
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of B2B industrial sales exp - fastener experience is a huge asset
• Post-secondary Education – Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in B2B sales, customer service, or technical sales
• Strategic thinker as well as a tactical executer
• Strong communication skills, analytical skills, business acumen, and knowledge
• Exemplary relationship building, relationship management skills, ability to build trust with internal stakeholders and provide a positive influence
• Passion and drive for results
