Responsibilities
• Manage the tractor fleet on a daily basis to make all deliveries and pick-ups
• Route planning
• Handle any problems that arise
• Be the main source of contact for drivers on the road
• Prepare next-day delivery requests
• Coordinate with warehouse team for order requests
• High emphasis on safety and customer service


Qualifications
• 2 years of dispatch experience in a transportation environment
• Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn
• Can-Do attitude
• Excellent customer service skills, organizational, and time management skills
• AS400 knowledge an asset
• Ability to work with minimal supervision under pressure and time constraints in a stressful environment
