We are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Team Lead to assist our team with handling incoming and outgoing shipment, quality checks, coordinating activities for the team, assisting for warehouse organizing and forklift operation A good fit for this position would be someone that is a critical thinker, understands time management and can motivate and develop the team to reach end dates and deadlines. We are seeking someone with previous leadership experience in a likeminded role, with 2 years minimum of warehouse experience, to assist in guiding our team's productivity.
Monday to Friday
Time: 8:00PM to 4:30AM
Wage: Starting at $25/hr+ based on experience

- Provide Leadership to the department
- Coordinate daily and weekly activities of the team
- P- Inventory control and cycle counting
- Communicate and prepare transfers to multiple branches throughout the company. As well as receiving transfers.
- Accurate data entry including scanning and counting problem solving as required
Qualifications
The **right candidate** will have:
- Certification on or demonstrable previous experience operating counterbalance forklift and clamp trucks (non-negotiable) and pallet jacks
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- The ability to work well with others and build an effective team
- Ability to adhere to all occupational health and safety procedures and company policies
