Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting our client with a project of clearing up employee files (categorizing, archiving, shredding).
• Provide administrative and clerical support to management in its functions (mail, call management, calendar management, travel, expense accounts, ranking)
• Other duties as needed
Qualifications
• 3+ years of administrative support experience
• Excellent communication skills - both orally and in writing
• Strong computer skills (knowledge of SAP would be a plus)
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and thoroughly follow the protocols in place.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up while managing confidential information
