Responsibilities
As a B2B Sales Trainer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Reporting to the Senior Training Manager
Delivering and facilitating training to employees
Defining measurable and achievable performance and training objectives
Prioritizing training requirements
Facilitating training via webinar or in classroom
Scheduling and coordinating logistics to support the training
Tracking training performance for all types of training and produce training reports
Partnering with team members to deliver ad-hoc training requirements
Qualifications
2-3 year experience in training facilitation
Proven ability to deliver training to a sales audience
English speaking (French is an asset)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
Great time and priority management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to make decisions quickly and act on them accordingly
Excellent listening skills
Ability to learn and use new technologies
Self-assurance
Ability to work in a structured way
Creative approach to problems
Open-mindedness and flexibility
Good understanding of team dynamics
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Nice to have:
1 to 2 years of experience within the Telecom industry
2 to 3 years of experience with B2B Sales
Instructional design studies or work experience in that domain
Strong understanding and experience with change management principles
