Responsibilities
Stakeholder Alignment, Conduct and/or participate in the analysis of business processes and functional requirements with stakeholders for required system enhancements and prepare appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the information.
Drive Delivery, participate in defect/error investigations and drive resolution through internal agile teams and 3rd party partners as needed.
Acquire & Analyze Data: leverage a spectrum of data streams to understand and propose enhancements and derive actionable insights.
Collaborate with other agile teams as needed to deliver cross-functional stakeholder requirements.
Use detailed knowledge of application features and functions to assess scope and impact of business needs.
Utilize agile development methodology for continuous evolution and optimization for the solutions.
Coordinate/participate in testing enhancements as needed to maintain quality & performance standards in the software solution.
Actively participate in all phases of system implementation including requirements gathering, functional and technical design, system design and development, testing and roll-out and support.
Qualifications
1-3 Years Business Analysis experience.
Proficient in Excel is a must
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple project deadlines.
Capability Knowledge: Ability to map out complex operational processes
Data Acquisition: Ability to acquire and analyze data and provide business with recommendations based on trends and opportunities highlighted.
An ability to form and tell a storyline to senior stakeholders
Strong written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, must be extremely detail oriented.
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources.
Nice to Haves:
Marketing, social and eCom is a plus
Retail and/or Ecommerce, Marketplace Knowledge an asset
Working knowledge of Marketing events & Campaigns an asset
